Mopeds have come a long way since the days of motorized bicycles! They donít go as fast as motorcycles and scooters, but they also use less gas and are a great option for people who want an inexpensive way to get around town. Additionally, in most states, a drivers license is not required to drive one - just a moped permit.

Basic Moped Tire Care
Small tires, like moped tires, are known to lose air pressure quickly when there is a problem, so be sure to check your tires regularly. Moped tires are inexpensive, so if in doubt, go ahead and replace them.
It is wise to inflate your moped tires with a standard bicycle pump, rather than with the air hose at the gas station - itís too easy to overfill them.
